CMPO's Chalerm does not fret over the court’s protection of Satish Sehgal

BANGKOK, 17 Mar 2014 (NNT) -- Director of the Center for Maintaining Peace and Order Chalerm Yubumrung does not fret over the Civil Court’s decision to grant a temporary protection for Mr. Satish Sehgal, a supporter of the People’s Democratic Reform Committee (PDRC).

According to Labor Minister Chalerm, his approval for the deportation of the Indian-born-businessman-turned-political-activist is legal and does not violate the court’s order. He affirmed the CMPO would comply with the court’s ruling while commenting that the PDRC’s claim that his approval on the deportation is in violation of the court’s verdict was simply a case of misunderstanding.

Minister Chalerm explained that the PDRC was under the impression that he was using the Section 11 Clause 8 of the law to authorize the deportation which would breach the Charter Court’s earlier ruling that limited the CMPO’s authority during the duration of the Emergency Decree. Minister Chalerm continued that he was, in fact, invoking Section 7 which directly deals with immigrants’ legality for staying in Thailand.

Meanwhile, the CMPO director said that he would not attend the Election Commission’s meeting to scrutinize the center’s budget, claiming that he was not the one responsible for the budget’s disbursement.

"Meanwhile, the CMPO director said that he would not attend the Election Commissions meeting to scrutinize the centers budget, claiming that he was not the one responsible for the budgets disbursement."

CMPO director, Chalerm, is not responsible for the budget.

PM, Yingluck, chairwoman of the rice committee is not responsible for the rice scum.

Is there anybody, in this current administration, responsible for anything?w00t.gif

Apologies big fingers...

Costas, here you go again... I wonder if you sit at your computer all day blowing your whistle..?

Given Chalerm's usual state of being ' socially confused ' he probably can't remember who Satish is.

I'm pretty sure that he knows who Satish is....and although he may not be responsible for disbursements....I'm also sure he has been well catered for...!

Hearing this, the EC denies further budget requests...

Then Chalerm accuses the EC of obstructing the CMPO's mission...

Then the EC tells Chalerm to go and get therapy...

After that we hear news of grenade attacks on EC members houses...

Then the EC says it's all a big misunderstanding...

Then Chalerm says: "hic!"

Then Chalerm says, we were notified by some red supporters that there was a farang on TV who predicted all this, so it must be him, put him on the seat next to Satish Sehgal biggrin.png "hic hic hic"

No, and that's because in politics people usually only claim responsibility when something is going well.

A couple of words in the headline seem out of place.

Fret, well I would imagine in his tantrum he could well have spilt his drink.

Protection, hardly protecting, what the court is saying is that Chalerm's actions were illegal in pushing for Satish's deportation.

This PT lot are slow learners when it comes to working out they are not above the law.

Dear K. Chalerm

You know that you are the Director of the CMPO, right? That means you Big Boss in CMPO. Big Boss tells people what to do. People get paid for following Big Boss's orders. This means Big Boss decides how money spent. wai.gif

You remember you ask for 2.3 billion for holiday fund cost of running CMPO, yeah? This mean you responsible for money.... You plan how Centre runs...

In short, suck it up, big boy. You want a position of authority, then grow a pair and accept that you are responsible for the CMPO.

RESPONSIBILITY....you'll find it a a dic blink.png Aaaah...Never mind facepalm.gif

Oh yes! a number of the current administration hold the responsibility for that is better known as creaming - that means skimming the top 10 maybe 20% for yourself and your hanger on's. It's all above board, the fugitive and the clone have fully endorsed the practice although there is nothing in writing and no one attended any meetings to make these decisions.

If Chalerm is denying responsibility for the Budget, you would think that at least he would read the sumission and its contents and ask a few questions.. This request should immediately be dismissed as should he.

Incredible.
A director who requested 2,3 Billion Baht of funds, will be asked then for which he needs the money,
and then he says he is not responsible for this?
This has nuthouse level.

Were all budget requests in the past so?
" Hey cashier I am Mr. Big and i need 800 Billion for Rice, in with the dough pronto!"
" Pack it in my suitcase here."
" Bye bye"

Isn't Chalerm supposed to be a certified lawyer? Certainly he should be certified.

One of them KSR certs ?

I know it wasn't a KSU one. wink.png

I believe he did the Thai equivalent of an 'open university' course at Ramkampaeng.
