Where can one find a color photo copier in Bangkok to do normal color photcopying for a passport renewal?

Go to a print shop or a shopping mall.

Most people just print them on a colour jet printer with scan feature. Easy does it. An internet café might do I for you.

many years ago I bought a scanner to atach to my computer, I always give colour copys to every goverment department that asks for a copy of my pasport. At least 6 times a year, so much easer than going out to find a coper shop. its now 8 years old and still going strong. Must have paid for its self by now
