This is the cheapest I have seen that I have been able to access. Once you download Voipstunt you have to put 10 eur on account which lasts for 120 days you can use this to make phonecalls and send SMS but its pretty hard to spend because many destinations are free! I handed over 10 EUR to get the free dialin number but when they had the money they said they had no dial in numbers in Thailand. I live in Thailand but I want the dialin number in Europe, that's the whole point ... but that's not possible, nor is it possible to change your country once you've signed up, nor does anyone anywhere reply to anything including mail and phone. At least, I though, I can use it to call my wife in Thailand free on the landline when I am in Europe. Not so, it never works. I can hear her but she can not hear me.
