Anyone know where the best place in town to get quality Muay Thai shorts is? I'd guess somewhere around the Night Bazaar but don't particularly want to pay tourist money.

There's a ahop in the "Chiangmai Entertainment Plaza" in Loi Kroh Road just before the junction with Kampaengdin. They have the lot from shorts to gloves.

I'd recommend 2 places - both very "Thai" sporting goods shops (i.e. not geared towards farangs at all & hence with generally lower prices.) The first is by 3 kings monument, between the post office & the 7-11 just to the north. The second is on Chang Moi - head towards Warorot Market form Mike's Burgers, go over the canal & the shop is on the left corner of the big intersection before Warorot.

Yep, know where all of them are.
