Buying, renting whatever, seems the newer the building anywhere in TH, the thinner the walls. Construction quality is only getting cheaper.

Twenty years ago though not of quality, the walls were thicker. The unfortunate aspect of west meets east with a people completely lacking any...any out of box thinking, is drywall, no insulation & poor plumbing. 100 years ago these people were still in simple dwellings or shacks.
