help on question 1.1 form mn1 child citizenship

please could some one help me which is the correct answer to question 1.1 section 1 on form mn1 child registration / citizenshio form

i am british citizen

the wife born in thailand but is now british citizen

the child is of my wife and is 12 years old

Please indicate the section of the British Nationality Act 1981 under which you would like the application considered. See Chapter 2 of the guide for details.

From the guide you will see that the child applies for registration under Section 3(1).
