I am a British chef who has been trained in London at a five star hotel and Westminster Technical College. I went on to work in the South of France, Dubai, Indonesia, Caribbean, India, South America, South East Asia and Russia.

I have over 30 years experience in a variety of cuisine styles in hotels and restaurants, all aspects of kitchen management including cost control, staff training, kitchen organization and design, trouble shooting and concept development. I also have 'opening' experience.


I am available for permanent, part time or short term work. Results driven, i can offer you help with an existing project or help setting up a new one.
