Hi,

My wife will be applying for a spouse visa for the Uk and I have a few questions about the application form and supporting docs.

When we entered the type of visa required on the online form, an information box appeared regarding form SU07/12 (Sponsorship undertaking), which it says the the sponsor should complete. Am I correct in thinking I do not have to complete this form, as it doesn't apply to spouse visa's?

On the application form Part 7 'Your sponsor', it asks for the sponsors permanent address and also the sponsors correspondence address. I have lived in Thailand for seven years and we have our own home so I presume I put my Thai address as my permanent address? All my Uk bank statements use my Uk address, which is my fathers home, should I use this for the sponsors correspondence address?
