Is anyone aware of any doctors in Pattaya that will make house calls ?

I think that may prove very difficult.

The only thing I can suggest is to call Bangkok Pattaya or one if the other local private hospitals and they can send an ambulance and take the patient to A & E

Yes, he might I suppose.

Another possibility is to phone one of the top hotels, Hilton etc and ask them if they have call-out arrangements with local doctors as I'm sure they must when their guests get sick and can't be moved.

Its a little difficult to advise , not knowing the OP's budget, as anything can be arranged at a price.

Call Bangkok Pattaya, they had doctors that made house calls. Probably the other big private hospitals do also.
