So those two are pictured as PDRC protest leaders now.

Strange that their name is never mentioned as protest leader before this day, not on this forum nor in other media.

Did they just get promoted today, or did Coconuts want to make their story a bit more interesting by throwing in some lies ?

Google can be your friend...

From your link.

stage organizers Chinnaworn Boonyakiat and Tanat Thanakitamnuay.

A stage organizer is someone who makes a living of renting out stages in my book, not sure if that is the same as a protest leader

You are clutching at straws here, they are clearly involved in the organisation.

So what ?

They are clearly not the leaders, but they maybe sponsors and even provide the stage for free, but I take my hat of for them even more in that case because they are supporting a good cause.

I'm sure Suthep has supporters that are 10 times as rich as these guys, and I admire them for giving him the much needed support, as he's weeding out a bunch of criminals that are governing this country currently.

Or do you suggest that supporters of Suthep's mission only can exist of paid for poor farmers, like the UDD ?

You all know if you are rich you can hit a policeman & drag him 200metres along the road & walk away scott free, oh sorry

pay a bit to the family "death money"

Anybody know where he is, still living it up in the singapore Casino, he should be extradited. but he is rich OK

If I had done that to a policeman they would have thrown away the key by now,

It's called rich justice

Carry on, blaming the Thai moron youngsters and forget what's happening in your own countries on a much bigger scale.

I believe there are forums in our respective home countries on which we may comment on such behaviour "back home". This forum is, as you have failed to spot, about Thai news.

The more capital is concentrated into the hands of fewer of fewer, who then pass it onto their children, the more a country is dominated by small numbers of osbscenely rich but feckless and mindless individuals who have done essentially nothing for their inherited wealth and influence. In the end, as in France during the 17th cehntury, people rebel, after they've had enough. Inequality is a problem in many countries, but atleast in the West for example, the super wealthy are often quite humble and philanthropic, Bill Gates is a good example. This isn't at all the case in any Asian country I know of, where generation after generation of the offspring of the uber wealthy have become more and more osbscenely arrogant and vulgar. The rumbling are already there in Thailand and I sense some of these bags of parasitic scum will get what they reserve. Yes, keep rubbing your wealth in everyone's faces, keep that self entitled smirk, but you are building up a huge bill in karma space and that bill is going to come due at some point.

Great post. I'm happy to see that someone still make a rational reasoning, when someone else cheers up 2 uber spoiled boneheads just because they support the political side that he does support -sigh-

It doesn't matter. Their are some red supporters in Bangkok that too drive Ferraris but keep low profiles ( FOR THE MOMENT)

Today I took a taxi to Don Muang and the taxi driver said the problem with Thaksin is that he has no respect for the king. and the royal institution and he too said that the red's will mobilise next month and we are in for a lot of problems. This little brother (Pee Nong) is someone that comes from Isaan which I call my home and we talk throughout the journey in Lao/Isaan and it was a great talk for the 40 minutes the trip took.

Lets just have a new election and I wish the Shinwatra's and Suthep's don't participate in it and lets see who is the next PM of the Kingdom of Thailand and I pray to Buddha that the next PM will be accepted by everyone.

I am not sure how your reply to my post is related with these 2 pictures, anyway: I despise the corruption and the network created by Thaksin, so I guess you are showing those "evidences" to the wrong person.

Given adequate time, most modern free-market societies devolve into fascism. Thailand's well on it's way. Considering these boys have probably never done a productive day's work to earn their own money, chances are they will 'be placed' into positions of political power by their families and elite friends for lack of anything better to do. So yes, they probably will be Thailand's Future leaders. It's the way of the world. Nothing new under the sun. And to be honest, it won't make a bit of difference. So to quote Bobby McFarrin, "Don't worry, be happy!" :)

Agree, inequality is a massive issue, and not just here in Thailand. I was reading a news article the other day that stated the US middle class is no longer the largest in the world, and that is a major cause for concern.

Most of the poor kids and those parked with grandparents in Isan's villages are not smarter, than these sh-Kids.

Whoever has the slightest hope for this country's future- think again...

How on earth would anybody be in a position to actually know a smart kid in Isaan? They are all deemed stupid from birth and educated with that mindset. Many are plain stupid, I agree, yet many are gifted with commonsense and improvisation skills I've not seen elsewhere.

Recently, I was asked to speak to a local girl in the province of Udon Thani, by the way chrisrazz, that is in Isaan. She had been to the local schools and wanted to discuss her career options. By the way her father is a local lawyer I know. She spoke extremely good English. Her exam grades were good enough to get her accepted in Australian and European universities for both engineering and medicine. In the end, she choseto read medicine and although the university was not in the UK, the entire course was taught in English.

She is not an isolated example. My neice has qualifications to go to a Thai university but has chosen to do her higher education in the USA, where the course will be taught in English. I have met a number of my neices school friends. They are intelligent young people all of whom have achieved the grades required to go to university. They all attended local schools. My stepson, from Isaan, attended university in Bangkok. Three more of my nieces from Isaan have graduated from university - two of them are nurses.

So, I actually know several smart kids in isaan and I doubt that I am alone in that.

If it came to a choosing who was the brightest between you and these Isaan kids, you come a far, far distant second in a two horse race.

Thanks to "Vice news" for portraying the typical elite cuddled boys.

As someone still was asking here "Who are the powerful elites?". Well here are two brilliant examples.

There are pricks like this in both parties. But............these two <deleted> have to have bodyguards to protect them ....WHY ? because they couldn't even wipe their arse by themselves.

Wouldn't you just love to grab these prats by the collar and bithch slap them into next year?

Why.... just because you are insanely jealous of them?

At least they are bothering to do something that they believe in, that they needn't really have to bother with...

Since when have you ever seen any of the many many rich elite reds get up off their <deleted> and stand up to be counted????

Never.... They hide in the background pulling the strings while they use the paid buffaloes to front the show.

Sorry.... I meant 'police aided terrorists'.

Well their time is soon to come and I hope the lot of them are wiped from Thai soil... the scum that they are..... stealing democracy from the people at every turn using violence and intimidation...

...from the shallow end of the gene pool...

But it's the crowded end of the pool.

Prince William was under fire again after it emerged that he had landed his £10million RAF helicopter in girlfriend Kate Middleton's back garden during an official military exercise.

And of course a frequent swimmer at the shallow end ...

You are assuming that Harry is from the same gene pool?

You miss the point they are not as well connected as before taksin that's what the taksin regime has done

The deference is remarkable taksin gave much power to the pebble but got greedy

But suthep is charge of murder which is the highest crime and must follow the law before any reform for his side

But I don't think I need to explain more I'm to very rich but not that young anymore and when you are young ambition is on the top and when the doors are closing so are the change of success too
