Fan in the toilet and fix the ceiling

I just bought a condo, but there is not fan in the toilet, and i will like to put one and I will also like to fix the ceiling, actually there is like the holl of the old air condition.

Can you reccomand anyone that can do this job for me for a cheap price?

Yes, well worth asking. But here it also pays to keep one eye open for potential overcharging and kickbacks and commissions. These are very common practices.

In some (larger) buildings there may be a permanent handyman employed by the building, with the building charging directly for any work that the handyman does for individual owners. This can be very fair value for small jobs and it certainly avoids the hassle of having to call someone and negotiate prices and get them to turn up on time on the day.

Fitting a fan and patching a hole in plasterboard sounds like the sort of thing a handyman could do.
