Borzandy
another final day. Please could you remind me how many final day, Suthep had promised.
gabruce
"day of final war", "final battle". That's what he said. No, really!! There are morons and there are morons and there are morons. And then deep below that are the Cambrian and Creatacious layers of moronicity. Keep going. And further down. And further down. Under that, lying in a deep pool of moronic slime, we may find Mr Suthep and his idiotic supporters. Some people say that such total, utter, profound stupidity cannot exist. I say, "believe what you hear". Mr Suthep has spoken: this is proof that utter, anti-social, crazy, untouchable, mad-as-a-hatter ideas can exist in the modern world - when we thought we had consigned the nutters and Nazis to the "fields where only horses and loonies may roam". No Mr Suthep is there, free as a bird. He can say anything he wants. He can do anything he likes. Nobody can stop this wild-as-a-buffalo from doing anything that his untamed will tells him to do. Given that such totally wild forms-of-life can be allowed to express their nutcase ideas, perhaps it is time for falangs to leave Thailand? Or, alternatively, is it time for the genuinely democratic redshirts to express their vision of a democratic future and start to control these mad-as a-hatter crazies? And to get the authorities to arrest this specimen of pre-civilisation? Chill out. You are sounding crazier than suthep or jatuporn now!

ozvenison
the 14th is D'Day because NACC will deliver its verdict on Yingluck on the 13th.. If she is liked out and an easy 'victory' for Suthep to claim the next day.. Look at me, look at me, look what I did, we won!, We won!

Popular Post Estrada
I have been an advisor to the Democrat Party leaders in the past and also a friend of Suthep, I am therefore definitely not pro-red shirt. The problem is that the PDRC have shot themselves in the foot by not allowing elections to take place at the time that the Democrats could have defeated the Government in free and fair elections. Instead 6 months on the Thai economy has been severely damaged, whilst the Government opposition declares its umpteenth final showdown. At the start in November, the Democrats had gained so much popular support that according to a survey gave them 37.2% of the vote against Pheu Thai at 28.2%. Had the PDRC not prevented people from voting the Democrats could have won the election! The latest poll in March shows that the Government support is virtually unchanged, however the Democrats support has dropped severely to 20.3% against PT's 27%. The majority of Thai people do not want anymore final pushes, final battles, or a final war. What the majority of Thai people want is an end to the demonstrations by both parties and a democratically held election followed by reforms.

chotthee
Final War?.....Yawn! ho hum...Again??? This time is different. This is the real final. Everything have to end. And it end now. Millions will turn out to drive Yingluck off the land once and for all. There will be no corruption in Thailand ever after again. To speak rubbish and lies may be ungood, but to speak rubbish and lies for the good of The Party may be good. Gorge Orwell

chooka
Final War?.....Yawn! ho hum...Again??? The final war is a nice fresh approach. I don't think we have had that one yet. The final thrust, push or battle just weren't strong enough and the word war sounds much stronger
trainman34014
How can be someone still a red shirt after all what Thaksin and the red shirts did? Weird, huh. The country is in a complete mess and has been made relatively very expensive due to actions of the above. The people have not been made wealthier as promised; on the contrary, barring a few pigs with head in trough, they are much worse off and everyone is in debt. They cannot/will not see it because they are brainwashed. Stupidity knows no bounds. Yuck! You can't paint all Red Shirts with the same brush. My wife, and most of her friends, are Red, but NOT necessarily in favor of Thaksin. She sees the good he did, but she is also well aware of his corruption, and doesn't really support him. I know there are quite a few RS here in CNX like that. We have Wive's and friends of similar mind. Indeed; if there were a strong, honest, transparent and reliable 'Third Party' there are many people who would vote for them in the blink of an eye; it is talked about often. Sadly the fact is that the vast majority of Thai's in any position of power at any level are corrupt in mind and 'honesty' and 'transparency' are not the ways understood....or even wanted.

HerIndoors
..Hmmm I think Suthep and immediately think ...retrospective abortion. What a <deleted>...but unfortunately a powerful <deleted> that people listen to and are prepared to follow. It won't make any difference anyway because when the election is held, Suthep will just disrupt it like last time and the courts will say ...... 'Oh no ..not a real election cos some polling places were shut.'
razer
I am apolitical insofar as Thai politics go but this is my conspiracy theory: I think Thaksin payed-off Suthep and now he can bow out without losing face and do so much richer than he was this time last year. It somehow seems logical if you followed the rise and sudden demise of the demonstrations.

He still has a lot he hasn't used yet shove, propel, impel, press, drive plunge, ram, bump, knock, hit, jolt, prod, poke, nudge, sweep, rush. fight, conflict, clash, skirmish, engagement, fray, encounter, confrontation, contest, duel. tussle, scuffle, melee, fracas, campaign, action, scrap, shoot-out, the last hoorah. Costas, was Tesco having having a sale on ouzo, the day you got so depressed when that other farang high-hatted you? Do you REALLY believe that "all TVF members are with" this ridiculous little joker? Get help, brother!

Popular Post Docno
"He called for his supporters to wear yellow...." Sure it's the Monday colour. But it has a much greater significance in Thailand now, and he knows it. And all of you who contorted yourselves in arguing that this movement was distinct from the the Yellow Shirt movement... well, the mask has dropped.
Popular Post toybits
Costas2008, you do not speak for me. I believe Mr. Suthep (not Sutherp) is a fool and an errand boy of some unseen force. He needs to look at himself before he declares who is good or evil. He has a lot of house cleaning to do before he can say he is spotless. You are also a fool for making the assumption that everyone on TVF feels the same way as you do. Sutherp, I wish you, every success to your quest. We are all behind you, voters or non voters. 'Cos that is what normally seems to happen with you lot! Nice one JAG. Love it I suspect Costas spent too much time with his donkey. You are all adults but have left your brains behind. I've been to war; I've suffered, cried, and seen friends die at war. It is the old, fat, and indolent who push our youth - their own children - to die; that is war. You all make me sick for having selected Thailand as a place to retire; How strange that Vietnam is now so peaceful.
