The BBC www.bbc.co.uk streams all its major channels live and with a 'listen again' facility if you missed a show first time round.

Unfortunately the live world cup commentary is only available to those with a UK IP address

There are loads of other stations streaming in English (from the US and Oz), look here http://www.radio-locator.com/

Knowing your interest in intelligent stuff might I suggest you go and have a poke round

or if you route through a Uk based proxy you can still listen to the world cup.

A bit screwed up if you try to compbine that commentary with what you are seeing at the same time on Thai live Tv though!

There are number of programs you can use sch as:

1) Hide IP Platinum

2) A4Proxy

3) MuliProxy

4) ProxyPlus
