Book Shops Patong

Featured Replies

B2S has left Jungceylon. Are there any alternatives. I know of Asia Books.

then you know them all! Unless you mean 2nd hand?

Used bookshop 200 year road next to the Tune Hotel.

Not much in Patong now but found a good one in Phuket town.

It's on Phang-Na Rd between Thepkastri Rd and Yaowarat Rd on the left hand side going towards Yaowarat.

Pleasant place to spend and hour or two and the books are reasonably priced.

Any particular type of books you like reading?

Seem to recall Phuket actually has a library near too immigration ?

Those with better memories of the post regarding that can clarify ?

Correct, quite a large library about 200m before immigration, same side. Also a small public library in Patong on Soi Hat Patong, road from Loma park up past Wat Patong. Visitors can get a borrowing card for a very small fee.

Read the title of the thread & get back to me.........

I stand corrected. I just re-read his post not the title. He should be able to get to Central though if he really wants some books.
