It's on Phang-Na Rd between Thepkastri Rd and Yaowarat Rd on the left hand side going towards Yaowarat. Pleasant place to spend and hour or two and the books are reasonably priced. Also a small public library in Patong on Soi Hat Patong, road from Loma park up past Wat Patong.
