rin0000 Posted May 4, 2014 Share Posted May 4, 2014 Hi all, After all the fussy and crazy thing happened again and again...now my son finally got his visa (settlement, indefinitely leave to enter ) He's due to enter uk on 15 May I'm so pleased!!! thanks god and Buddha !! Now question::: As I am citizenship through married and my son's thai nationality! 1) it's possible to apply citizenship for him? 2) if so, how long do he has to live in uk before he entitle to apply? 3) if not, then does he need to wait til his 18th birthday and then apply as a same way I did few years ago? We're all got british passport but my son have indefinitely to enter uk visa, will he allow or he need to apply for tourist visa to Spain ?
