Lift not working need help

Recommended Posts

Hello

The lift in our building has been out for over 2 weeks and we are aware that there is a government department that can force the owners to repair it but we don't know the department details. Has anyone any idea about this please?

Is the building a Hotel ,a Condo or an Apartment?

Its mainly a Thai studio block attached to a hotel, although it is a bit more upmarket than the usual Thai style but is still a studio.

Try this, compose a letter of complaint to the building manger and to the juristic person

manger where by you state that if the lift will not be repaired any time soon you will

hold back on your monthly maintenance fees/rent until if has been fixed... and post it

EMS so you have records of it...other than that, TIT, no one to talk to when it comes

to issues such as this....

Only condos have a juristic person. Apartment buildings do not, as they are owned by a single person or company.

Do you rent or own your studio?
