May 10, 201412 yr Popular Post Diet as in my routine eating habits, not a short program to lose weight. Monday - Friday: Morning: Coffee. Fruit. Either sliced banana on toast. Cornflakes with a banana sliced added. Fruit salad - Mango, pineapple, apple, banana sliced up with a nice dollop of yogurt mixed in a bowl. Mid-morning. Light exercise using light weights. Not to build muscle, just to keep fit and trim. Sex. Afternoon: Salad. With either ham, chicken breast, bacon, egg. Green tea. Fruit. Watermelon or mango or pineapple. Evening. Stretching and 4 quick sets of push-ups or pull-ups while dinner is cooking. Steamed fish or chicken, vegetables, mashed potato, potato salad, pasta, that sort of thing at around 6pm Hot green tea or hot Lemongrass tea etc. Evening walk at around 7pm. Friday night to Sunday evening: Everything and anything. Friday and Saturday nights are Black/Gold Label nights. Bacon and eggs for breakfast. Fried pork. Pizza, french fries, etc. etc. Both the weekends and the following Monday's healthy diet always feel great. Constantly fit, trim, light on my feet, healthy, happy. You should give it a go for 6 months and see how you feel.
May 12, 201412 yr Glad you are happy with it. But to me that sounds like a food choice program for someone who doesn't love food. It is so terribly BORING! Perhaps that is temporary for you. As a lifetime program, I think it would work for very few people. Again, just too boring. The idea of eat anything you want days is very not mainstream. I'd like some background on your history. May 13, 201412 yr I don't see the good of the mashed potato, potato salad, pasta, toast, cornflakes, pizza, or french fries. I'd substitute berries for the sweet fruits, e. g., pineapple. I wouldn't recommend this diet for anyone trying to lose weight. All metabolisms are different. Some people are natural carb burners. Yet seems that you are basically eating relatively small amounts of the bad carbs and are just gaining weight very slowly. How much did you weigh 5 years ago? Where's the alcohol? Next: publish your numbers. Wanna see the LDL, HDL, total, & triglycerides.
May 13, 201412 yr I'd say it's likely that you'll be gaining weight on this diet over the years and begin to suffer growing insulin resistance. Eventually you'll have to cut back on the bad carbs. Enjoy them while you can, I guess.

Eat nothing but Thai food, spread over 4 to 5 small meals a day, sex only with Mia Nois and Karaoke girls, refuse to work and let the missus earn the money to hand it over to you, sleep most time of the day, do absolutely no exercise and wherever you go (even if it is 10m to walk) use the motorbike, smoke at least a pack per day, drink Lao Khao and water only, indulge in cock fights, bird singing contests, and playing cards with your pals - and miraculously within a few weeks you will have a chiseled body like most of them have...
