Surapong to sue nine Constitutional Court judges

webfact

Recommended Posts

I am no lawyer, and Surapong amongst others are dangerously incompetent, but surely you have a right to a defense?

defense against what. YINGLUCKS testimony?

she said they all agreed to it therefor the cabinet MP's were implicated and damned by her testimony.

personally. i hope his case gets retried independently. Yingluck as a prosecution witness would be classic.

Case was about the PM and all involved. In reality, the lovely PM had no clue at all, but yours truly along with 8 others are the ones behind it.

PM just signed off on it, without even looking at it.

than why not go after the people responsible?

Undoubtedly he has a good case against these judges, but who will adjudicate on it? More bent judges!

hahahahahaha as funny as charlem.....can you prove their bent....nooooocoffee1.gif

And can you change the perceptions of most people, inside & outside of the country, that they are bent? ...nooooooooooooooooo (I'm not a child so I won't use a 'smiley')

so you know what most people think...or you think you know..just for you biggrin.pngbiggrin.pngbiggrin.pngbiggrin.pngbiggrin.pngbiggrin.png aaah pipkins

What shield of ignorance are you hiding behind winstunk? Thai media, all the channels, regularly report that both camps have their own judges who gloss over their ally's failings and slam opponents infractions. Have you ever been to Thailand, or do you get your opinions spoon fed to you from other harebrained sycophants? Maybe you have infantile mental paralysis?

Sue the judges? Sue the judges?!

What a moron. Who is going preside over that lawsuit? Even funnier, I watched the cc court account as closely as one can in this window-fogged Thainess world, and there was never a request from him posted to the news to ask for more time or witnesses from the judges.

And if he says he did not know he was also potentially under the gun than I propose he is unfit for office just because of mental problems and a lack of intellect.

i am sticking out my tongue and farting simultaneously in his general direction.

Charlem can be the chief judge, and when they call "order" in the court..one suspects Charlerm will shout "make mine a double single malt"....thumbsup.gif

...and confusing the bailiff:

"is that a double, or single, boss?"

"It's a double single, you buffalo!"

"I don't understand, boss..."

"you're fired!"

"I sue you for malfeasance"

"I make the law, I am the law, I break the law - ouch!"

Then look at section 40, paragraph 2 and determine if all the conditions listed there were met during the legal proceeding.

Hard to keep track of public enemy number one these days, Suthep, the 9 judges or the fake monk with his thug guards

No its really easy - try looking in Montenegro, Hong Kong or Beijing. Understand he outstayed his welcome in Dubai.

What I really do not understand is, if these high profile jerks are the best the PTP has to offer, assuming always of course that the cream rises to the surface, what can we make of the large number of other PTP MPs we never even hear of? Or is it not a question of the cream but the s*** rising to the surface, now that would make more sense!

I am going to sue them...they are going to sue us...we are going to sue any official in a supervisory position...making a judgment call we do not agree with...this is a Barnum and Baily Three Ring Circus...Thailand is headed in the wrong direction...I feel the future is going to be dreadful for the average citizen and especially foreigners...

Did you forget about Jutaporn and Chalerm ????? if you mention these ten why not mention your top ten.

Of course not.....Moonao doesn't see things in color, only in black and white.

I've never seen a grey lime, have you?

Hey Moonao, read some Chomsky.....for starters.

Every time he speaks he damages whatever reputation he thinks he might actually have....

Maybe he should also sue Thaksin for getting him to do and say such garbage

dont be stupid he would sue his parents as it could never be his fault
