Hi guys, I'm italian and in mid june i will go to Thai for my first time with one way ticket with SriLankan Airlines

I don't have a tourist visa because i will stay just 20 days, but i have a question. A bus ticket from Hat Yai to Singapore is enough to show as proof to the airline in Rome and to immagration in Bangkok or i must have a flight ticket?

I read many different opinions about this in the forum, but someone have a direct experience?

I have a bit of fear after all this new rules about immigration!

Thanks

Sal

Normally the airlines will only accept tickets for air travel for proof of return or onward travel because they cannot verify another form of transport.;

You can consider booking a non discount, fully cancelable flight to a neighboring country and then cancelling the booking after you arrive. Just make sure there are no hidden fees to cancel.
