Last March for arriving friends. Is that recent enough ?

    Last month for my 77 year old mother both arriving at BKK and departure.

    Picked her up from the plane, electric cart, through fast track immigration, helped her with baggage and took her to taxi rank.

    Departure picked her from kerbside, via check in and immigration and took her to the gate.

    Outstanding.

    I flew in and out of Swampy last week during a short UK visit, I didn't use any premium service and honestly there was no need, there were no queues and no waiting on either journey, one of the best Swampy experiences ever for me personally.
