ED Visa inquiry

Featured Replies

I am currently doing my MBA and will be finishing pretty soon. I speak and read fluent thai, id say about 80% fluency. My writing is just awful and i was thinking i would improve it by enrolling into a thai language institute for that. What i am afraid of is they would reject my visa when i apply. I was after all born and raised in thailand but im apparently not eligible for a thai citizenship. Would the immigration officers reject my visa by saying I already know the language and just finding an excuse to stay in the kingdom?

If you have the proper documentation from a school your extension would not be denied by immigration.

That makes me feel much better because the school itself weren't 100% sure I would get the visa and were hesitant. Does this also mean that they wouldn't question why a university graduate would study with a school for a diploma? Basically, as long as my documents are right, im good?

There are many I am sure that have a degree that are taking language classes.

If the school can get the paperwork from the MOE there is no reason you cannot get the extesnion.
