Bees and Honey but not much money

From my observations, bees are most active in the rainy season.

The only two non hybrid crops i use are soya beans and sunn hemp which will probably flower around middle of february.

I hope there's a few strays flying around to pollinate them.

I would not trust any of these honey sellers at any market...

Am I wrong ? Good stuff can really be found ?
