90 Day Reporting, No TM7

It might, but that depedns on the office. TM7's are regularly lost and can be replaced, but some immigration offices will insist on a police report of it being missing.

So he just goes reporting in person and he might be send to a police station to report the missing and get a police report of that to show immirgaiton.
