I need t renew my non Imm type O visa first week of July.

I will be moving to a new residence soon.

I already have my income letter with my current, soon to be past residence listed on it.

Will this cause any grief at the Immigration office when I submit the paperwork to renew my Type O visa?

Should I just continue using the old address on the forms? We ( the wife ) still owns the soon to be old residence.

Another related question: When I first received my non Imm type O visa years ago, I was required to produce the "house book" for the house I was living in

The new residence will be rented and a house book not available. How does one deal with this.

Would it be wise to just continue to use the same address I have been using since we ( the wife ) sill owns it and we can return whenever we want?

,( it is located only 20 min away from the soon to be new address)

Any valid reasonable advice would be very welcome.

Thanks in advance

Visas are not renewed, You have to get a new one at an embassy or consulate.

But I am assuming you have an extension of stay (not a visa) you obtained at immigration. Based upon?

You will need to have proof of residence for your new address.

Immigration should not have a problem with your new address not matching your income letter.

I would use the old address on my new extension since it matches the address on the letter. After receiving the extension you can then officially change your address by submitting a TM28 form along with a rental agreement. The change of address is "supposed to be free"!
