Thailand: Large haul of weapons found at three locations

I'd be careful of all stories - especially when red/yellow ID cards are 'found' with weapons

Actually everyone with a bit of logic know they are red weapons, before the army caught reds too with weapons and now again.

We just have to look at what side has almost all the deaths and what side has not to see what side uses the weapons.

Of course people like you will say its all planted.

The lady here denies the UDD cards says their for a friend.. so they were NOT planted.

Wow the anti-government movement is very cunning and cynical. I mean, they obviously plant war weapons and UDD cards at innocent people's homes all over Thailand in order to attack their own people and then blame it on UDD? I am sure these people arrested are fake UDD, because the UDD movement is a peace loving crowd full of nice. trustworthy and honest people xwhistling.gif.pagespeed.ic.FVjgnKnWS1.p

Yes I agree your statement rings so true its the official red party line so it must be true

(yes i recognized your sarcasm well done)

Funny how the army can find these caches of weapons within days when the police stumbled around and did very little.

Yes, as if by magic !

It suggests someone had the information and was sitting on it.

Agree fully, the someone being the police but too worried about Thaksin to do something about it. Maybe we will see a lot more evidence being handed over to the military now that the threat of retalitory retribution by the Dubai Desparado has been negated.

Thanks for the dose of 'fake reds' I needed a fix bad...was missing that favorite line, haha. I could also use a couple injections of 'set up' 'frame' and maybe even 'fascist thugs' please.

In the Thai newpapaer last week they found larger amounts of weapons near the Thai / Cambodia border and it was being delivered by the Thai 5.0 (NYC slang). The Army confiscated these weapons along with information about the "men in black" are coming to Bkk to use these weapon against the people. This is all paid for by the ousted PM, a man without a counrty to live in with billions of dollars sitting around means nothing to him. My God have mercy on your soul.

Interesting... Any link to this?

Janathana owns up to the weapons, but denies any knowledge of UDD membership cards? .... Monty Python could have gone to town and back with a sketch on that one

She keeps an M79 grenade launcher for "self defence"???

I'd be careful of all stories - especially when red/yellow ID cards are 'found' with weapons

Though in this case the woman admits the ID cards are genuine. Just not hers.

She's probably right.....these RS rebels aren't the brightest bunch of terrorists......

no difference then suthep's thugs leaving all that behind at the park/ RIGHT??????????

Has it ever been proved who those weapons belonged to?

Demonstrators having those items and then just leaving them behind instead of taking them to the next venue just doesn't make any sense to me at all. Being planted after the event does though.

In these current finds, people are being caught in possession of arms, red handed so to speak. With ID and UDD membership cards.

but, forgive me, how could she judge that if they were not her's? anyway, on both sides, there will be lot's of crazy stories a friend of mine swore Jatuporn's house had been full of weapons and he had fled to Laos

I especially liked the fact that "the woman and her cache of weapons were later taken to the Army Club to meet Army chief General Prayuth Chan-ocha, before a press conference about her arrest was arranged." The general is hands on. Well done.

Since the demise of CAPO and the 'look the other way' police, it is now increasingly difficult for the 'Suthep did it' and other propagandists to defend the indefensible.

More and more weapons of the sort that have been used to attack the anti-Thaksin protestors are being found with strong proof of being meant for the red attack and run away militias. It should follow that the weapons distributors be charged with real charges unlike the CAPO & DSI BS charges. Carry on General. you have done very well so far.

The good thing is that people were caught with the weapons and, in the latter case, admitted that the Red ID card(s) do belong to someone she knows. Should be easy to start working up the food chain, now. And my guess is that most of the Red Terror underlings will be eager to spill their guts. Martial law is serving its function well. A clear terror conspiracy has been uncovered just in time, it seems, before they were ready to launch a renewed wave of attacks.

Army got hit last time, once bitten twice shy.I rekon the extremists will be shown for the cowards they are and bolt to the hills.

She later said the weapons were meant to be used for self-defense.

The weapons found in her room included:

five assault rifles, an

M79 grenade launcher, a

large amount of ammunition,

three hand grenades,

explosives contained in 120 bottles,

eight home-made bombs,

a pistol, three cameras, a bullet-proof vest, and

nails and metal wires meant as shrapnel for the home-made bombs.

I believe her cheesy.gif

The USA will have the details of the weapons and will be churning them through their computer. Someone in the chain has broken USA and/or international laws ..... USA intelligence organisations will want to know.

Report: Military Fails to Track Ammo Properly

http://kitup.military.com/2014/05/report-military-fails-track-ammo.html

The US Army has at least six different computer systems involved with inventory tracking and they are none compatible with each other.

Six thousand assault weapons were stolen from a Thai army base in 2010. They never solved the case. For all intents and purposes, these weapons are untraceable.
