Doctor at Bangkok/Pattaya hospital has prescribed me Harnal 0.4mg which I've been taking for 6 days now without any noticeable effect, other than zero sperm emission, which apparently is a side effect.

Probably not within 2 weeks or so; effects may be gradual rather than dramatic.
