I thought Toxin had declared his war on drugs a success ? clearly there must have been a re-think at TRT or is this going to turn into an annual event ?

I am against drugs but it's obvious to anyone that you are not going to stop the flow for very long without a thought out strategy and a long term program, mabe begun at school....

I do know that not many countries are on top of the drug problem and no I don't know the answer..... I don't feel very comfortable however with the system they used last year, as too many people were murdered to be all drug related....
