Can you extend a already extended 7 day visa?

I have a 30 day extended with a 7 day but I need to stay another 7 days My dilemma is visa run or immigration and see if I can pay 1900 again?? I'm building a house so I need to stay for the completion

Not unless you are married to a Thai national or have a child with Thai nationality. I'm afraid a border run it is.

Do you mean July of next year?

You can only get a OA visa at an embassy or consulate in your home country. You can apply for an extension of stay based upon retirement at immigration when you turn 50.

If you are married to a Thai you can get a 60 day or a one year extension of stay.
