How much are 2nd hand bikes worth?

Featured Replies

I'm looking to buy a cheap motorbike in Isaan / Kalasin.

How much are 2nd hand bikes worth?

Any model will do as long as it can get me too and from work everyday.

An acquaintance has offered to sell his Yamaha Nano sport 115cc, for 15,000 bht!

I don't know all that much about bikes so I'm not sure if this is a reasonable price?
I'm told a new chain-guard has been put on, breaks tightened and no loose parts.
Valid papers but no plates.. 4 speed manual and has clocked 24,000ks.
He bought it 2nd hand for 20,000 and has rode it 3yrs - reason for selling is because
he bought a brand new Honda Click..

Worth the price?

Motorbike enthusiasts please help...

PLeaseeeeeeeee!!!!

The police can take the bike off you at anytime. Motorbike shops are full of secondhand bikes. The prices vary from 20-35k.

Yup, I'd pass, plenty of legal bikes with the plates for this price.

You have posted in a wrong forum BTW.

Posted in the Car forum instead of Bike forum.

If it can be moved where it belongs, you'd get a lot more suggestions.

What i find odd is that car prices in LOS stay very high but bikes prices drop much faster. I've just sold a bike and it dropped 50% in 3 years. I guess it's because bikes are much easier to finance than cars.
