Has anyone recently applied for a non B visa in the Uk ?

I used to apply in Hull with Just a letter of invitation from A Thai and company registration document's .

Is that still the case ?

Any info appreciated.

Er.. Single.

I didn't think you could get multiple any more.

Multiple entry visas are possible but are not easy to get because all application have to be approved by the embassy.

Hulls requirements to get the visa are here; http://www.thaiconsul-uk.com/download.aspx?id=20140312100006 They appear to be much more than you mentioned,

You can only apply by mail to the embassy. You now have to apply in person to the consulates.

You like won't get even a single entry non B from Hull without a full set of paperwork and even then you might not!.

Good friend of mine, in the UK for a 6 week holiday, was refused even a Single Entry 90 Day Non 'B' last October at Hull - he had provided his current Work Permit and all the necessary company papers as per the MFA list.

Problem was the women at Hull then asked him to supply the 'Company Affidavit' - (correct) papers he had already supplied to then - they just did not know what the correct papers looked like.

To be 'helpful' they then charged and issued him with a 60 day Tourist Visa - about as useful as a chocolate kettle if you have a WP..

End result, my friend arrived in Thailand and had to go on a visa run the very next day to Penang where he got a One Year Multiple Entry Non 'B' without issue, before he could start work again.

Hull unfortunately seem to have completely lost the plot, plus you would need to apply in person as they no longer accept postal applications.
