Job RoleSpecialty Network Sales (Reporting to Sales Manager)

We require a driven, dynamic and forward thinking person in approaching our potential customer in specialty logistics sectors and assisting our business with effective customer communication to ensure our network growth.

Our business is focused on the international freight networking industry and our customers are freight forwarders. Knowledge of Freight Forwarding is a requirement for this role as the position is responsible for communicating with freight forwarders all over the world. This position will be responsible for yearly sales target.

Tasks are likely to include:

  • Communicate with potential clients
  • Drive the members to work together to agreed levels and standards
  • Analyze the monthly sales performing to identify problems and opportunities.
  • Develop a list of potential new members in open markets that we do not have coverage
  • Assist members on retention related matters, general inquires, etc.

Qualifications and Expectations:

  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge in Freight forwarder industry is essential.
  • Must understand all processes related to the Freight industry.
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Foreigners are welcome
  • Excellent English writing skills
  • Strong PC skills, word, excel, access, ppt, outlook
  • Must be able to follow up and self- manage your department.
  • Must be professional and able to work without supervision.
  • Must be willing to work hard and get all tasks done in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Must be able to follow through with tasks without supervision and make sure they get done.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Confidence, to present and explain ideas to colleagues
  • An ability to think outside the box and develop new ideas.

Suitability

  • Foreign or Thai National with strong communication skills in English.
  • This role would highly suit a young professional freight forwarder that is now interested in being part of management and strategy with the freight industry.
  • Ex-operation/sales executive in Freight Industry

Salary and other benefits

· Circa 20- 30k negotiable.
