That device is made by Ubiquiti, the airMAX NanoBridge M5 running airOS

NanoBridge M5 Firmware Updates, Documentation, and Applications and Utilities (Discovery Tool) can be downloaded from their webpage.

You can also reference the Ubiquiti Wiki for airMAX user guides and tutorials

Thanks for the quick reply, i,ve had a look at the software for the airmax nanobridge m5 but i can only find a bin file on the site or firmware but no pc gui application...how would i install this on my notebook or where do i put the bin file, or do i have to mount the bin file with say damon tools etc to find the installer...thanks

Or,

i just read the user guide and to my limited know how it appears to me to be for the wifi receiver box where my lan connection and dish feed go. which has the TOT nanobridge m5 software loaded ?

So does that mean i cant load it up as i.ve tried and it has a TOT user name and password which i dont know and obviously i cant/shouldnt flash its firmware......Do you happen to know the default password that TOT may use....

The only software that users can download and install on their computers is the java-based Discovery tool that's used to identify Ubiquiti equipment on a network.

The equipment is configured through a web interface. The ISP will generally NOT provide Name/Pass to the customer as misconfiguration of the unit can disrupt their network.

Not sure why you want to access the M5 unit. The units are meant to be plug-n-play -- point the internal or external antenna towards the paired unit and configure the IP address components.

What kinds of issues are you experiencing?
