Suspensions are written in the rules if someone receives a red card. Whether or not a president thinks it is unfair for players to miss a game is irrelevant. I think Quansah's recent red card was harsh. In real time I didn't think it was even a foul, but on the VAR replay you can see why it was a red card, and he'll take his suspension without anyone crying or whinging. Simple, there was a foul in the immediate build up that led to a goal. Harsh as it was otherwise a great goal, but the correct decision as it was a clear foul and without that foul the goalscoring opportunity would probably not have come around. Egypt can feel hard done by as they played really well and I was rooting for them but that was a correct decision.
