tommytouch
I went down to my local Tesco Express here in Chiang Mai earlier and noticed the intriguingly named Kickapoo Joy Juice. Obviously I couldn't resist a purchase so bought myself a can (B15). For the uninitiated I can tell you it has a kind of Mountain Dew taste - not too bad. It's imported, with the paper strip across the top, from America I believe. Seems rather odd to find it sitting there with all the big name and domestic drink brands. I've never heard of it; is it big in the States?

Ulysses G.
I have never liked Mountain Dew, so pretty sure I would not like this either. Too bad it is not Moonshine like the original - even thought the writer of the comic strip denied it.
tommytouch
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kickapoo_Joy_Juice Wow, that description makes it sound more like LSD! So it looks like it's being imported from another SE Asian country. The writing on the can is in both Thai and English so they must be pretty serious about introducing it to the Thai market. bonobo
I used to drink it as a kid, but I have not seen it in the States for quite some time. I just saw a can in Kampot, Cambodia, and it was the "USA Recipe" made in Malaysia.
