Can't find out when I need to start counting the 90 days.

My previous Extension of stay was valid till March 12th 2014

Went to immigration on March 11th 2014 for an new "Extension of Stay" for one year based on family support.

So have stamp that application is under consideration and need to come back April 11th 2014

April 4th went back and received another "Extension of stay" till March 12th 2015

Which date need I use to start counting 90 days?

Is that April 4th or April 11th?

Confused...

It is 90 days from when you did your last report or the date on the receipt for your last report.

Only the first extension counts as a 90 day report.
