June 5, 201412 yr I got my first Retirement VISA in 2010 and have renewed it annually without hazel. However, things change. At fist my monies, to comply with my visa renewal requirements was transferred to my account here as a tourist allowance by my bank in South Afrika. Two years later, they transferred it as a "Gift", and the latest as an investment. All because:) • I don't have a return ticket to SA • I am out of the country for longer than 90 days. The Bank has now phone me saying"don't waste your time to place another request or come to SA, we won't assist you". Must say I was shocked. I have the funds, but all my credit cards and platinum cards were blocked as well! I do receive some income from the UK for freelance work done. This is enough to sustain me here, but not to top up on the 800 000 Baht requirement. I do not have a partner as I prefer to live by myself. I don't use alcohol or smoke and live peacefully in a bungalow I rent. I would luv to stay here - how do I address the VISA issue? My current Retirement VISA expire 5 March 2015 Thank you J Sent from my iPhone using Thaivisa Connect Thailand
