Multi Quote Problem

When I try to "Multi Quote" in the TV Editor the multiple quotes will appear in the editor OK, "until I click Preview Post." At this point if I'm using Chrome I just get a blank screen and the blank screen tab is titled "data" with no quotes. But if using IE11 when I click Preview Post the post does appear with the multi posts included but with tons of extra characters & symbols at the bottom of a post/quotes...makes the post appear with a bunch of garbage added on. Now I know other folks are having this issue because I've seen a few posts with this problem when they included multiple quotes in their post. I'm using Win 8.1 if that makes a difference...and as mentioned Chrome and IE11. Multi quotes use to work fine for me although I didn't do them often. Single quotes on both browsers continue to work fine.

What's the fix?
