Mod! How do I get rid of the "Thai Visa Updates" banner?

Please moderator....enough is enough.

Every time I try to read the forum I get my viewing suspended 2 or 3 times by a Thai Visa banner that floats across the screen and has to be closed..

It's asking me.....endlessly....to sign up for the Newsleter..

Thing is I am already signed up but the intrusive banner will NOT go away!

Can you fix this.......please.

I am one that more by habit log out each time, I am done..... so it's annoying to see this every time... especially as it sweeps across as one is about the log in again...

[Enable cookies] option in settings works for me (android device) possibly same on pc..?
