I understand fully, except mine was post opp....no way could i tell but something was nagging me, did the usual feel around, got her in the shower looked normal to me...but it kept on nagging and it was bothering me i was struggling to stay hard so in the end i just asked her...once she confirmed that was it i sent her on her way.
