hi can anyone help I live in rayong want to do some smoking and need sodium nitrate will go to pattaya if I have to thanks

Are there any chemical and laboratory supply houses in Pattaya? Usually they are located near the local hospital(s). Also, you probably know this but sodium nitrate isn't recommended for cured meat that you're going to fry. For that, sodium nitrite is the chemical to use.

,,Try Google. Prague powder, curing salt, pink salt, sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate. Be warned - if you do not get the mixture ( percentage) it can kill you. 6.25% sodium nitrate to salt. Good luck.

Prague powder *1 is 6.25% sodium nitrite not sodium nitrate. Prague powder #2 is 6.25% sodium nitrite and 4% sodium nitrate. In both cases the remainder is salt.
