Hello people , I'm going to do my non O visa Thai child at the consulate in Monaco

and i would like to know if we are concern about the 180 days in Thailand , i m come back France in April and gonna go 23 June back to Thailand *

Do you think i can make every 5 month 90+ 60 extension new visa single entry NON O at vientiane or savanaket ?

I would recommend going to court and officially be recognised as the father of the child. if you do that you can get 1 year extension of stay from immigration if you can show an income of 40,000 a month OR 400,000 baht in a bank account in Thailand.

But you can get a new visa in savanakhet.

You should try getting a multiple entry non-o Monaco. They might do it since they are a honorary consulate.

You should be able to get single entry non-o visas without a problem in Vientiane or Savannakhet.

You might want to consider getting your parenthood legitimized. You could then get an extesnion of stay at immigration.

In order to use income from your business you would need a work permit and proof of the 40k baht income by way of tax payments.

do we need to show our bank at the consulate ? because every time they did not asking me that , but rules change so easy now lol

They probably will not ask for it. But it would be good have financial proof with you in case they ask for it.

my bank don't know if they can give me paper tomorrow , so i can print on internet my bank account but they say is not possible to print , they need original stupid law again lol

How much money does the consulate want to see? Withdraw the corresponding amount from your bank account and show this at the consulate.
