Who's moving my avatar around? Please stop

RE California Chrome, the horse whose heel was stomped on in the Belmont

I liked the heel part chopped off, much like what happened in the race, someone just today as moved the pic within the frame so the bottom is cut off and now the name is not wholly visible.

If it must be fixed, then make it centered, please.

To placate your paranoia, no one has touched your avatar. It is automatically cropped and sized by the forum software to fit a 1:1 rectangle. This is your original one and if you edit it to trim the white space out and set the aspect ratio 1:1 it will fit properly. About 25% of the image below to the right is a white frame which you can't see here. Click on the image and in the popup window click on save and you can see the problem.

I've edited it for you so you can upload the below image and it will work correctly. Just save it to your drive and reupload.

Well thanks for your help, Tywais. However it was not simply paranoid delusions, as it had the left side snipped before for a couple of weeks , and then it became the bottom snipped three days ago.
