Seems to be lots of earthworks around 3240 area on the bank of Mabprachan Lake.

Anybody know what they are doing?

For the new road through to Ambassador hotel area probably. Otherwise maybe the high speed train station.

Just drove by...here moving allot of dirt...at least half a dozen excavators digging away...my guess is they're deepening the reservoir.
