But even jobsdb isn't too good for jobs for non-Thais, in general you're better off looking for work by other means - it's very unusual for a foreigner to find a non-teaching job by applying through a website. What kind of work are you looking for?

As above, the jobs for Non-Thais, are normally found through contacts / friends and networking. Every now and again one comes up, but not enough for a dedicated website, however if you are an Engineer type person there is
