Sometime later this year, we Americans will again be greatly blessed to receive another 'Economic Stimulus' payment.

If you are not familiar with this exciting program, allow me to post an explanation in a Q & A format:

Q. What is an 'Economic Stimulus' payment?

A. It is money that the federal government will send to taxpayers who filed a return and paid taxes.

Q. Where will the government get this money ?

A. From the taxpayers.

Q. Doesn't that mean they're giving me back my own money ?

A. Only a smidgen of it.

Q. What is the purpose of this payment ?

A. The government wants you to use the money to purchase a high-definition TV set, thus "stimulating" the economy they have screwed up.

Q. But isn't buying an HDTV stimulating the economy of China?

A. Shut up.

Below is my advice on how to best help the U.S. Economy by spending your stimulus check wisely:

If you spend the stimulus money at Walmart, the money will go to China or Sri Lanka, or Laos.

If you spend it on gasoline, your money will go to the middle east.

If you purchase a computer, it will go to China.

If you buy precision tools, it will go to Germany.

If you purchase fruit and vegetables, it will go to Mexico, Honduras or Guatemala.

If you buy an efficient car, it will go to Japan.

If you buy a Nokia cell phone, it will go to Norway.

If you buy fancy bottled water, it will go to France.

If you tithe to a Texas church, it will be used to buy food and clothing for illegal aliens, and bus tickets to anywhere they want to go.

Instead, why not keep the money in America by spending it:

1) at yard sales or

2) ball games or

3) on prostitutes or

4) beer or

5) tattoos or

6) gun shows?

(These are the only American businesses still operating in the U.S.)

Conclusion, if you really want to stimulate the American economy:

Go locked and loaded to a ball game with a tattooed prostitute that you met at a yard sale, and drink $12 Budweiser drafts all day!
