HOLLAND - COSTA RICA in Pattaya

Featured Replies

HI everyone,

Not sure if I have posted this in the right forum but hope you guys can help. I am normally Bangkok based and watch all the Holland World Cup games at the Green Parrot (where all the Dutchies go). I have to be in Pattaya for work this weekend and needless to say, I don't feel like watching the big game by myself in a hotel room. I am sure there are many sports bars in Pattaya to have all the World Cup games. Wondering if there were any particular Dutch (?) bars or general sports bars where there is somewhat of a big Dutch following watching the Holland games? That would be great to know!

Thanks!

Mario

Soi Buakhao/LK Metro would be your best bet, but at 3am not sure how many people will be about.

Your chances of finding a 'Dutch Bar' to watch the game are practically zero, I would say.

I'm sure there are places where Dutch supporters will gather here. But good luck finding a Costa Rican bar!

Brass Monkey on Nernplubwan is advertising it, and you can have a raw herring with your beer there.

Legend's Pool & Darts

theres Lucky Time Bar also on Nern Plabwan is dutch owned very similar to an English pub I am sure the matches will be shown there tvs

Witherspoons pub in soi buakhow has a Dutch owner, and it will be showing it.
