Just reply in English. There's translation feature on facebook. Just make sure you spell and write proper English.

If it's not facebook, then just reply in English anyway. They'll understand basic words like "Thank you" and "yes, new motorbike for birthday".

The Thai they wrote contains words written in slang and jargon, which will fail with the translation feature.
