Experienced Salesperson - $500 Per Sale - Websites and Website Redesigns

This is a self-employed, commission based opportunity which will allow you the freedom to work wherever you want, and whatever hours you choose.

How much you earn is purely based on the sales you make - whether if it takes you 10 minutes, or one week, the commission will be the same. If you're very experienced at selling over the phone, this could provide a very lucrative second income for very little of your time - $1k per day.

If you want to earn while you travel, this could be the perfect job for you. All you'll need is Skype and a wifi connection to be able to work, which means you'll be able to work from practically anywhere in the world.

Unlimited Skype packages to call landlines and cell phones in the US cost around $10 per month, and worldwide calls costs around $16 per month. I will pay for your Skype subscription AFTER you make your first sale.

Please note that if you have not sold over the phone before, this position is almost certainly not for you. If you're afraid to pick up the phone and start calling you'll procrastinate and waste both your time and my time.

These are the 2 things I require: -

1. You represent my company and service honestly and with integrity

2. You sell at least 2 websites per month

Ideally, you'll also be trained in Jordan Belforts Straight Line Persuasion system.


I have no problem with you working another job at the same time, providing that you're able to make the minimum 2 sales per month.

I have a basic script, and a short guide containing pretty much everything you need to know about exactly what makes a website successful. I'll also
Feel free to improve and adapt the script however works best for you, BUT you must keep me up-to-date on any changes so that I can make sure that what you're saying is accurate.

Misrepresentation and/or false promises are obviously completely unacceptable.

If you want to target a particular niche (e.g. fitness centers, law firms, hotels etc), I will work with you to put the marketing together. In this case I can also create a niche website tailored specifically to designing websites for that industry once we have 2-3 designs for a portfolio page.

Websites take approximately 7 days to create and launch. Your commission will be paid once the project is complete and I have received full payment - within 24 hours.

Commissions will be paid via Paypal, and I will pay the Paypal fees so your commission will be exactly $500usd, not less.

Current building capacity is 2 websites per week, however this is easily scalable up to around 4-5 per week. Beyond this will require a little time to recruit competent staff and train them up.

3 sales per week equates to $75,000usd over the year, with 2 weeks off.

Almost any type of website can be completed for $1500usd, including small ecommerce. $1500 is the minimum (and standard) sale price, $500 of which will be paid to you.

The websites we build are built to sell. Few designers have the right skill-set to build a website that is actually designed to convert visitors into leads and customers. In-depth knowledge of direct response marketing is the key skill which makes design work. Not code. Not graphics design. This is why we're so different to almost all other web design companies - and we're far cheaper than the few that are actually capable.

Full details about what can be included in a web design project will be given along with the script and guide. It' rare that I can't accommodate a clients specific requests for the minimum $1500usd. Websites with Multilingual capability are also including in this price.

I'm OK with most types of prospecting EXCEPT email - absolutely no sales emails or initiating contact with potential clients by email. There are too many spam regulations and I could quite easily hire someone for $100 a month to prospect this way. The quickest, most effective way to sell this service is via the phone with a decision maker.

2 sales = 1000usd (approx 32,400 baht). Better than most teachers salaries.
