What is it with this country and the colour of shirts? And yes, the negotiation over shirt colour should have come first and then an announcement Mae. But now is not the time for focus groups and discussion with interested parties. Now is the time for decisions and action. Even if that means a less than perfect result means some subsequent amendment.

But, there's always a but, how can anyone tell if Somchai sells his shirt to Somjit? Who is going to stop Somjit hanging out waiting for fares, and then taking people to their destination for money? Name and number on the back means nothing unless there is an accident resulting in some kind of police check, a routine police check or a customer complaint. 95% of the time, Somjit can operate using Somchai's shirt with impunity.
