PATTAYA – July 12, 2014 [PDN];- at 10.00 am Pattaya Daily News reporters had inspected South Pattaya canal and they found that Pattaya officers had dredged and cleared the canal. Also Mr Rattawut Srimongkol’s house which had been extended from 8 meters to 20 meters over So Hol weir had been dismantled. However some operators were still silent and hadn’t dismantled their overlapping buildings.

However the dredging canal project had been suspended because 3 villagers were still silent and hadn’t dismantled their illegally built buildings which overlap into and over the canal even though the officers had ordered them to do so. Also they had informed the Mixx pub owner that some parts of the pub had overlapped the canal.

Rather an unfortunate abbreviation! Anyone ever had an 'anal-half-done?
